What Is In Your Hand
8.25 | Pastor Antonio Eubanks
When God call us to do something we may feel that we don't have enough to get the job done. Moses felt the same way when God called him to deliver His people, but God asked Moses, "What do you have in your hand?" Moses was busy telling God what he didn’t have, but God was asking what do you have? Many times the very blessing we need is already in our grasp.
Sermon Resources
Have you ever stopped to think about the questions that God asks in the Bible? Maybe we have not because we think of the Bible as a book of answers. When I read the bible, I love when God asks a question. He doesn't ask for Himself. He already knows the answer. He asks us because he wants us to understand and get it.
In this series we take a look at some of the questions and the reasons that God asks us. God wants us to be in a conversational relationship with Him. God allows us to wrestle with the questions rather than just handing down the answer, and a question has greater power to transform us than a straightforward answer, especially when it comes from God who knows exactly what question to ask.
